Status Bar

The status bar, at the bottom of the Main Form,  contains information that describes the current "state" of the program, as follows, from left to right.
  • The name of the current player.
  • The piece being played.
  • The range of measures of the current excerpt.
  • The  "take" or rehearsal number
  • The current score position in the audio performance.
  • The frame number of the current score position.

The range of measures is displayed using the Measure Number Plus Offset nomenclature.  The take is simply the number of the current performance, beginning with 000 and going to potentially to 999, though no one has performed 1000 rehearsals of a piece with M+O yet.  The position, also given in Measure Number Plus Offset form,  is the current position in the performance, indicated with the green vertical line in the Spectrogram View.    The frame number gives the time at which the current position was played in "frames".  These last two values are only meaningful during Rehearsal Review
